I found this hotel to be in a prime location, situated right in the heart of Constanta with plenty of nearby restaurants. The rooms were lovely, with a comfortable bed and a nice terrace, but unfortunately, a small shower mishap led to a flood. Netflix was a nice touch for entertainment.
